Manual Review Requests

- New patients usually look for a highly rated practice 

- Recent reviews boost your Google rankings


  1. Go to "Reviews" in your GetSetPro dashboard
  2. Enter email addresses or phone numbers to send review requests to.
  3. Optional - Customize the text of your review request
    (do not change the "PRACTICE-NAME" and "LINK" sections)
  4. Select
  5. Note - Repeat request (within 12 months) will be flagged. To override and request again select

Enable Automated Review Requests (Recommended!)

Send out review requests to all patients by text/email.  

- Get maximum positive reviews

- Drown out the rare negative review with many positive reviews

- Will only send one per family contact number/email, once per year


  1. Go to "Reviews" in your GetSetPro dashboard
  2. Select and  from the drop-down menu
  3. Select
  4. Optional - Edit Delay Time
    Edit  to change the 120 minute default delay before review request is sent

Cancel an Automated Review Request

Front office staff can easily stop an automated review from going out to a specific patient.


  1. Go to "Reviews" in your GetSetPro dashboard
  2. Find review you'd like to cancel under header
  3. Click Cancelon the review request you want to block
